Ugandans in China Minister of Finance. She is a Post Doctoral Fellow at Beijing Normal University, and holds a PhD in Economics with finance major. She is a certified finacial literacy trainer by Bank of Uganda, and is available for financial management consulting relating to savings, investiment, loan management, planning for old age and retirement.

With varied exprience in economics, finance, statistics and projects management, she is open for academic and career guidance for fellow Ugandans in China community.
