Position: MINISTER FOR RELIGIOUS AFFAIRSHon. Sarah Marjorey Kisakye, is from Uganda. She is a media practitioner and PhD student at Communication University of China - Beijing. She is passionate about producing videos and writing stories that promote global development, peace and cooperation. As an African media youth envoy in the diaspora, she promotes China - Africa relations and a common future for all humanity through dialogue and mutual respect between nations.
